Ty sinamon is situated a 5 minute walk from market town of Bala, 1 hour west of Wrexham in the beautiful Berwyn mountains. Barmouth beach is a 40 minute drive, Snowdon is a 60 minute drive.

The market town has 2 small supermarkets, a few pubs and restaurants, 2 good butchers.
There is a Michalin Star restaurant a 15 minute drive from Bala and the very elegant Pale Hall provides traditional afternoon tea.

Road Cycling

The Dave Brailsford 50 & 75 mile trails can easy be accessed from Bala. The North Wales roads provide stunning routes, amazing scenary of mountains, lakes and coast.
The options of undulating route or mountain rides all with good surfaces and minimal traffic especailly outside of school holidays
