Had a family of 22 stay for 40th & 50th birthday celebration we found the house well set out we had arranged for all bedrooms to be set out for individual family’s which was great. the house was huge the younger kids had loads of freedom playing games. Loads of seating in various rooms, kitchen well set out with an island made cooking easy. House within walking distance to local shops and lake was approximately 15 mins away Paul kept in touch throughout, replied to queries quickly Highly recommend staying at house.

What an amazing house! Photos don’t do it justice, it’s beautiful and spacious, absolutely perfect for a large group. Paul and Kristina were both very friendly and approachable and quick to answer queries. We did have problems with the showers - heat and water pressure - but otherwise everything was absolutely incredible. And the entire house was absolutely spotless. Would thoroughly recommend.

Susan. 2nd May: Fantastic space to enjoy time with family or friends. There’s no shortage of beds, the rooms are clean and very comfortable. As a family we could all sit down together on the dining room and relax in the large living room. No one was fighting for a bathroom, there’s that many, a couple en-suite, including a handy shower room and loo on the ground floor. The gardens great with a bbq area and seats for all of us. A short 5 minute walk to the town with pubs, shops and places to eat. We had a great Chinese takeaway. Plenty of beautiful countryside for walking and a happy few hours on the Bala light railway. Had the weather been warmer we would have braved some canoeing or paddle boarding on the stunning lake. Overall it’s a perfect house for big family groups, my sisters second visit and we will definitely come back.

We had a great time away here. Friday to Sunday. Four families with 8 children between us. Loads of space for everyone. Rooms great. Super clean. Great communication. Easy to check-in! Would recommend and we would love to stay again x Amy

“Lovely house, we were able to organise a team building weekend for 12 lads all to go away together. The house is able to accommodate individual beds (sharing rooms) or double beds for large party’s of couples. It’s a huge house, well laid out, everything works, it’s clean and the most important bit was that both Paul (the owner) and Kristina (the property carer) we’re fantastic to communicate with. Well recommended, and will use again if we have a call for a large number of people. Thanks guys”

We all went away together as a large family group and had a lovely holiday. We received quick and accurate information from Paul and Kristina was also very helpful and at the end of the phone should we have needed. 

We were all very impressed from the start, the house was easy to find with a large entrance hall to leave all outdoor coats and shoes which is brilliant especially after walking. Every room was very well equipped.

Hello  Just a quick note to say……..we all survived!!

Had a fantastic time, house and rafting was perfect for our few days of ‘team building’ …………. Really well organised and friendly bunch at the rafting centre, everyone loved it.  Was a right laugh just seeing everyone in their wet suits!! Got home Saturday absolutely exhausted……..!! Anyway thanks for everything………and you never know we might be calling you again next year!!  Thanks and best regards…….  SarahJ

Ty sinamon is the result of 15 years of working in the North Wales area and 2 years of searching for this property. While the project is new, we are not.

Since 1996 we have been operating in North Wales as a specialist activity adventure operator organising and arranging leisure breaks and corporate events to the region.

The vision for Ty sinamon is to meet the needs of families and groups looking for the independance of a large quality self catering venue to host everyone. The house can comfortabley accommodate 10 - 18 people in single beds, some which can be zipped to provide double beds.
