Sept 2014 Update has been yet another busy year not only for Ty sinamon but activities and adventures across the region.
The launch of the new ZipWorld Titan and Bounce below and news that Surf World is due to open 2015 means that North Wales is the go to destiantion for adventure. Our sister company Adventure North
Wales have been really busy throughout 2014.
Ty sinamon will be undergoing a makeover during November with many of the rooms and bedrooms being freshend up. The table football and new BBQ
have gone down very well with clients, we will be looking to add even more for 2015. Have a great Autumn.
Welcome to 2014, how time flys going into our 4th year.
Lindsey and Pat the house Managers have had another busy year with families, groups of friends and a number of companies visiting Ty sinamon
throughout 2013. Adrian our Gardner has been busy maintaining the lovely terraced garden, which saw more herbs and bulbs going during Spring to add to the wonderful colour during the
Summer.
The general upkeep saw the kitchen with new pots, pans utensils, 2 new lamps for the lounge, plus a new rug, new front door mat, plus cloakroom
rub, new curtins for the first floor hall, complete new set of board games and more dvd's to the library.
ZipWorld opened in Bethesda the 1600m 80mph zipline which literally leaves you speechless! I had the opportunity to experience the amazing
sensation in April... its a real must do if you visit the region!<b
NEW Team Building Activity
2014 sees the introduction of a new team build activity River Rescue at the Canolfan Tryweryn National White Water Centre. Based of the skills
and techniques used by our Emergency Services this looks to be an excellent new team build experience.
Well we are busy making plans for 2014, we hope you are able to visit North Wales in 2014 and perhaps stay in Ty sinamon, please do not hesitate

2012 has been another busy year to date (Sept) with friends and families enjoying the house, activities and stunning area for
weekend breakfast and holidays.
We have had some lovely comments from guests, but not resting on our laurels we have a schedule to update some the rooms and give the house a
little TLC after a busy year.

2011 revisited
Our second full year of ownership and 2011 has been a great year at Ty sinamon, the property has been booked for most weekends throughout the
year and the 6 Summer Holiday weeks were back to back bookings. We have received some lovely feedback from guests staying.
We received 3 Star Standard status from Visit Wales in April and only just missed 4 Star by lack of bed headboards! Its a funny old game...
however these will be added during the Winter.
We have continued to maintain Ty sinamon and continued to add to the facilities to improve the guest experience A Slow Cooker has been added,
new curtins in the lounge and new pictures in the bedrooms.
The gazebo and decked area in the garden were repainted in the Spring and the Veranda area refreshed in September.

The house has received very good reviews from guests and this is very much down to Lindsey and Patrick who maintain Ty sinamon throughout the
year, meeting and greeting guests and preparing the house for arrivals.
The Garden
Adrian our gardener has again kept the outside immaculate and even found time to start a small herb patch of mint, chives and sage. We look
forward to adding to this in the Spring.
Into 2012
Bookings are already ahead of this time last year and we are looking to add to the games options at the house to have even more great things for
guests to enjoy during their stay.
